The website with the domain name www.cliaderm.com ("Website") is operated by "FARMATÜRK İLAÇ MAKİNALARI SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ" (“Company”) located at "Yukarı Dudullu, Nato Yolu Caddesi, Yolcu Sk. No: 10 Ümraniye / Istanbul". The COMPANY, as the data controller, is responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data, as well as for establishing and managing the data recording system.

We value the protection of your personal data. In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), we would like to inform you about the collection, storage, transfer, and processing of the data obtained in connection with your use of the “Company Website,” as well as the purposes of such processing.

Processing and Transfer of Personal Data

The COMPANY requests certain personal data from users at the membership stage or while using the Company Website. Personal data refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify an individual. Your personal data is collected as part of the natural course of the business through the filling out of the membership form. To identify system-related issues and to quickly resolve potential problems or disputes related to the services provided, our company records and uses the IP address of its members. IP addresses may also be used to collect broad demographic information and to generally identify users.

The COMPANY may use the requested information for direct marketing purposes by itself or in collaboration with its partners, as outlined in the Membership Agreement. Personal information may also be used to contact the user if necessary. Information requested by our company, or provided by the user, as well as data related to transactions performed via the Company Website, may be used by the COMPANY and its partners, without disclosing members' identities, for various statistical evaluations, database formation, and market research, as well as for purposes outside the scope of the Membership Agreement.

Our company may periodically send notifications such as campaign information, new package offers, and promotional offers to customers and members. Members can make any selection regarding whether to receive such information at the time of membership, and later, they can change this choice through the management panel after logging in or by following the link in the notification email they receive.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Our company processes personal data for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes. In this context, personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

- Providing and modifying the services offered through the website,

- Customizing the products and services offered based on requests; updating and improving them due to customer needs, legal, and technical developments,

- Assigning user identifications in the systems for the products and services offered,

- Creating participant registration for events/trainings/competitions organized by the COMPANY, arranging certificates/participation documents, determining prize/gift recipients, and delivering prizes/gifts,

- Fulfilling legal obligations as per regulations and resolving legal disputes,
